FAQ

Before your first visit.

The practical details, so you can arrive at ease.

01How should I prepare?

Avoid a heavy meal just before your session. Arrive a few minutes early and share any pain, injuries or health conditions with your practitioner.

02What should I wear?

We provide traditional clothing for your session. The massage takes place on a floor mat, without oils; you do not need to bring special clothes.

03How long is a session?

Traditional Thai massage is available for 60 or 90 minutes. The Signature session lasts 90 minutes.

04What makes Signature different?

Milen adds Tok Sen and Pha Khao Ma to traditional Thai massage as appropriate for the session. It is a separate 90-minute option, at the same price as the traditional 90-minute massage.

05How often should I come?

There is no set schedule for everyone. We can discuss a rhythm of visits based on your daily routine and how you feel after a session.

06Is Thai massage suitable for everyone?

Massage is not suitable during acute illness, fever or suspected thrombosis — postpone your session and seek medical advice. Recent surgery, injury, pregnancy and other conditions requiring medical assessment should be discussed with a doctor first. Pressure and stretching are adapted individually and should not cause pain.

07How do I book?

“Book a session” opens the VMSTUDIO system. Choose one of the three services, a date and a time, then complete the confirmation steps.

08Can I change or cancel an appointment?

Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. For later cancellations or no-shows, prepaid amounts are not refunded, subject to the applicable booking terms and consumer rights.
