Purpose and choice

Only with your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and clicks to Fitsys. A click means opening the booking system, not completing a reservation. This integration does not use clicks for advertising conversions or personalised advertising. The website and booking links continue to work if you refuse.

Data processed

After consent, analytics processes cookie identifiers, visited page, BG/EN language, page title, activated booking link, browser/device information and session statistics. Your IP address is also transmitted when connecting to Google. Explicitly configured page and link URLs exclude query parameters and fragments. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry text, health information or reservation contents through this integration.

Google and international processing

Google receives data as the Google Analytics provider, together with applicable contractual processors and subprocessors. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, under the applicable international transfer mechanisms in Google’s terms. Cookies and saved choice

After consent, Google Analytics uses _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_CSVD5GR3FR to maintain session state. Their default expiry is up to 2 years and may be renewed with activity; browsers may impose shorter limits. Your analytics choice is stored separately in local storage as thai-balance.analytics-consent.v1 for up to 180 days, with a version and date. This record remembers your choice and does not track visited pages.

Retention in Google Analytics

This property is configured for 2 months of event data retention and 14 months of user data retention. The user data period resets with new activity. These settings do not limit most standard aggregated reports. Google’s data retention period is separate from cookie lifetime and the saved browser choice.

Refusal and withdrawal

Before consent and when refused, the Google tag for this analytics integration does not load or transmit data, including cookieless pings. Withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” and “Reject analytics”. New measurement stops, this integration’s GA cookies are removed and the page reloads. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
